Auralis accepts return requests within 7 days after delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to request a return

Email the order number and reason for return to support before sending anything back.

Approved returns should include original packaging and any included accessories.

Refund timing

Card refunds are sent back to the original payment method after the return is checked.

Manual transfer refunds are processed manually and confirmed from the order detail page or support email.
